Day 9: Plyometrics

The first round of P90x last year I wasn't a fan of plyo. I'm learning to like it this year. I've never been able to do the jumps where you bring both knees up to your hands but I did it today! I go through two bottles of water and put my recovery powder in the second bottle. I love the swing kicks and I'm getting better at the rock star moves. I like watching this guy do plyo ;)

Day 8: chest and back


I've gone up well in reps! Yay! Last wek I was doing 12 reps and now I'm up to 15reps. I can't wait to see if I can move up next week. I like this workout. I do most of it with my eyes closed, lol. I guess it helps through the pain!

Day 4

I was pretty sore in the arms this morning. I couldn't fully extend either one of them. I can now extend the left but not the right but in yoga tonight I could extend both fine.

I ate a lot today:
Breakfast - egg sandwich and grapefruit juice
snack - snow pees
lunch - egg salad sandwich & a cup of fruit
snack - protein bar & OJ
dinner - green salad
snack - squash

When I look at it it doesn't look like that much. I'm just not use to be hungry all the time.

I'm on Day 2 without an Iced Cap

Day 3

I'm a little sore today but loving it. I did my work out this morning and then headed to hang out with a friend for the rest of the day. I picked up some protein bars and some hemp seed which is a great source of Omega fats so I'll try them on salads and anything else I can think of.

This was my lunch on the way to visit my friend. I eat a lot in the car.
...and then I made some naughty daiquiris -- bad I know

I still can't believe I have 38 hips!!!

Day 2

PLYO!

This round I will not complain about how much I dislike plyo, lol. I went to my moms for the workout as she has beautiful A/C. I just got my own installed this evening so I can get back to working out here again for tomorrows workout which I plan to do in the morning. I think I'll start scheduling workouts like I do studio sessions

My protein shake today was:
1 banana
5 strawberries
2 cups of protein powder
1 cup of milk
1 hand full of ice

It was delicious


...and I always feel awesome after plyo :)

Day 1 Round 2

So, I flopped the last time because I became a bit obsessed with my measurements and was really unhappy with the last photos on week 6 so this time around I'll just take the photos at the end of each phase which is every 30 days....and not date guys that complain about the little things about my appearance -- hated that with last years boyfriend :P He would complain about even the socks I wore, lol

So this is me now:

I really wanted to suck it in here, lol
I'd love bigger arms
I still have the back definition from the last time :)
