Day 23

This is me today! This morning I thought I was on a temp illness but after trying to work in the studio I soon came home to put on my pjs and veg on the computer editing. I've actually got a lot done for not feeling well: one wedding edited and two boudoir sessions! However, no workout. I'll make up for it tomorrow. My stomach has been feeling terrible all day

Day 20: Kenpo

I feel incredible, have a ton of energy and love the way my body is feeling/changing. My stomach feels tighter so I sometimes catch myself running my hands over it, hahaha! I know -- CRAZY!

I had two drinks this week: One tonight and one earlier this week. Oh so I went out tonight and an ex boyfriend told me it looks like I've been working out. I love that!
My eating habits today were not the greatest but I got a lot of protein in still, followed by chocolate milk, and Iced Cap, and some chips. I kind of feel like making some eggs right now but it's a bit late. I had some fruit.

So today makes it the last day of the workout before my first day to the recovery phase! I'm so excited to start phase two in another week!

I'm still making my ninja sound affects with kenpo -- fun!

Tomorrow is my day of rest but I have a 10hr day. I'll be packing a lunch for the day :)

I better get to bed....

Day 18: Yoga X

My body is in a bit of pain today from yesterdays workout. Going down into chaturanga was killer! For breakfast I had a very yummy protein shake :) ...and took it on the road with me as I was off to work earlier than what I like ;)

When I got home from work I feel asleep on the couch for a bit, my son came to wake me, I cooked him pizza. He didn't eat it all thank goodness but when he took it out of the oven he put the whole thing on his plate! He's big into pizza right now. At least he had a healthy lunch. While he at his dinner, I did my yoga then was off to get us a movie and my dinner: salmon, red pepper, broccoli

I'm loving the results in my back so far and can't wait to see the difference at 30 days :)

Day 16: Plyo Day 17: Arms & Shoulders

Last year I really disliked plyo. Today I looked forward to doing it and kicking some ply butt!
There was a time where I couldn't do one 'jump knee tuck' and now I can keep up with the DVD until the go double time...but I'll get there, right?! It was the same for the 'rock star hops' I can keep up till double time now. I'm still measuring myself, ugh! Hopefully by the time I publish this post I'll have given the measuring tape to my sister.

Here is my lunch between workouts and work. I did have to photograph a session today and one this evening

ok, no onto shoulders...I didn't up any weights but I did up some reps :) The workout flew by today and I wasn't watching the clock for when it would be over. I think I'm starting to have fun with this workout!

I made a protein shake and then my sister came over to take my measuring tape. I gave her some shake to try and here is a pic of the hand off. Good-by measuring tape!


I'm having tuna now while waiting for my next session to arrive at the studio.

Yes, this post took me all day to write! lol

Day 15: Chest and back


Whoooo! Week 3!

In week 1 I was doing 12 pull ups at a time.
In week three I was doing 15 pull ups at a time.
Now, in week three I can rock out 20!!!

I went through two bottles of water in todays work out and I feel great...and hungry!
