Day 15: Chest and back


Whoooo! Week 3!

In week 1 I was doing 12 pull ups at a time.
In week three I was doing 15 pull ups at a time.
Now, in week three I can rock out 20!!!

I went through two bottles of water in todays work out and I feel great...and hungry!

  1. Damn your good, I am still struggling with 1 pull up LOL I was so badly out of shape that even though I am on phase III, I still can't do them LOL

    Keep it up, your doing awesome!!! :o)
