Day 12 & 13
I did these two workouts together. Legs & Back + Kenpo. Work is busy and I've been spending to much time at the beach! I do love it though but it's easy to get distracted. Anyway, both workouts are done! If I miss a workout I'll always try to make it up but I'm sure it will happen again :/

Day 11: Yoga

My son did yoga with me tonight and complained through the whole thing. So, he is not a fan of yoga. I wasn't when I started but now I really like it and feel like it does make me stronger and helps me in the rest of P90x with increasing weight and reps.
However, I'm not sure if I'll ever get to crane!

Day 9: Plyometrics
The first round of P90x last year I wasn't a fan of plyo. I'm learning to like it this year. I've never been able to do the jumps where you bring both knees up to your hands but I did it today! I go through two bottles of water and put my recovery powder in the second bottle. I love the swing kicks and I'm getting better at the rock star moves. I like watching this guy do plyo ;)
